On the SE side of this little islands located 6 Nm from Ithaca, you find the One House Bay. There is indeed only one house and a chapel. Nothing more along side a large stone beach. The holding is good as there are a few zone of only sand. Where there are long herbs, verify that your anchor is well placed!  The bay seems to well protected from dominant winds, that in  general are quiet during the nights. Note that you need to get early because after lunch the place gets crowded and you will need to use a lot of chain as the bottom gets quickly deep.

This little port  petit port NE of Ithaca is really a charming one. The free quay offers around 20 berths and some inhabitants provide water and electricity. On the other side of the little bay you can anchor and place a line to the shore. There are numerous tavernas (some with free WIFI), a small supermarket (with credit cards that is very rare!) and that even sells Marmite! Note that in the afernoons the fltillas arrive, so get there before them!

On the public quay (free) there is not electricity neither water available. But there is a gas station. Lots of boats in fact anchor in the large bay. note that the quay at the entrance of the bay is reserved for flotillas.

The bay of Atheni is quite large. When you enter it there is a little beach with bar, on the south side. After which there are two zone where you can anchor, with a line to shore. On the north side there is a lot of room to anchor (with a line), but be careful  as there are a few rocks not indicated on the charts! At the end of the bay there is a pontoon in front of a taverna, that is reserved for the flotillas. At the end of the bay, a semi public quay is available. You can get electricity and water, as well as showers, via the taverna, that has also a small food shop. Note that the taverna is quite animated at night and as the owners invites its customers to dance sirtaki, passing quickly to old international hits,...until one in the morning!
